Dr. Merlynn Carson, Founder

Dr. Carson, is a strategic physician turned entrepreneur and visionary leader who has dedicated her career to advancing public and population health through the integration of clinical medicine, technology, and data. As the founder of Myriddian, LLC, she has leveraged her extensive background in medicine, policy, and healthcare management to drive innovation and improve patient outcomes on a large scale. Dr. Carson is known for her commitment to preventive, data-driven healthcare solutions, with a focus on addressing challenges in healthcare, substance abuse and mental health through technology that supports early intervention over reactive healthcare policies.

Karoom Brown, President & Chief Revenue Officer

Karoom Brown brings decades of strategic leadership to his role as President and CRO at Myriddian. He has worked at industry powerhouses like Leidos, Lockheed-Martin, and Optum, where he led billion-dollar projects to from capture to implementation. Karoom is responsible for driving revenue and fostering key client relationships, ensuring Myriddian delivers cutting-edge solutions tailored to client needs.

Jason Myers, Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Jason Myers oversees Myriddian’s operations with a focus on efficiency and scalability. Prior to joining Myriddian, Jason built a distinguished career in the financial services industry, where he honed his expertise in process optimization and operational excellence. His experience managing complex operations and driving business transformation ensures Myriddian’s services are delivered seamlessly to meet and exceed client expectations.

Chris White, Chief Information Security Officer

Chris White brings decades of experience in cybersecurity and has served as an advisor to the Board of Directors since April 2021. Over his career, Chris has created, delivered, trained, and operated cyber services inside of the U.S. DoD, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare, Media/Entertainment and Hospitality verticals. Recently, he was the CISO at Ventech Inc. a large federal contracting firm, and Deputy CISO / Director of Global Security Operations for Interpublic Group of Companies (NYSE: IPG). His career began in 1989 with the United States Air Force SIGINT (Signals Intelligence) forces, serving for 10 years. In years past he supported the U.S. Armed Forces at defense contractor General Dynamics AIS, specializing in cybersecurity. He then worked 4 years building Ernst & Young’s Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) offering, acting as CTO, and responsible for providing security services to 500,000 endpoints. He holds a master’s degree in Systems Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Network Engineering from Regis University.

With a proven track record in cultivating partnerships and securing opportunities, Kevin also champions culture as a growth metric, fostering an environment where innovation and collaboration thrive. Dr. Vijay Medithi, Senior Vice President of Disease Surveillance

Dr. Vijay Medithi leads Myriddian’s disease surveillance initiatives, bringing deep domain expertise in epidemiology and public health. Vijay diligently oversees Myriddian programs and products that leverage advanced analytics and AI to modernize population health monitoring objectives and disease surveillance practices. empowers critical public health decisions and maximizes patient health outcomes.
