Jeff Kramer, Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Jeff Kramer leads Myriddian’s strategic direction, operational performance, and growth across the federal civilian market. With more than three decades of experience delivering technology, modernization, and mission-support solutions, Jeff has supported agencies including the Department of Transportation, Department of Treasury, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, Environmental Protection Agency, and Department of Commerce, as well as key defense-adjacent missions.

Throughout his career, Jeff has held senior leadership roles at KBR, Booz Allen
Hamilton, Unisys, and KPMG, where he built high performing teams, led multi-million-dollar portfolios, and drove enterprise-wide transformation initiatives for federal customers. At Myriddian, he oversees the company’s strategy, customer engagement, and organizational excellence — fostering a culture focused on accountability, innovation, and measurable impact for the federal missions the company serves.

Jason Myers, Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Jason Myers oversees Myriddian’s operations with a focus on efficiency and scalability. Prior to joining Myriddian, Jason built a distinguished career in the financial services industry, where he honed his expertise in process optimization and operational excellence. His experience managing complex operations and driving business transformation ensures Myriddian’s services are delivered seamlessly to meet and exceed client expectations.

Chris White, Chief Information Security Officer

Chris White brings decades of experience in cybersecurity and has served as an advisor to the Board of Directors since April 2021. Over his career, Chris has created, delivered, trained, and operated cyber services inside of the U.S. DoD, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare, Media/Entertainment and Hospitality verticals. Recently, he was the CISO at Ventech Inc. a large federal contracting firm, and Deputy CISO / Director of Global Security Operations for Interpublic Group of Companies (NYSE: IPG). His career began in 1989 with the United States Air Force SIGINT (Signals Intelligence) forces, serving for 10 years. In years past he supported the U.S. Armed Forces at defense contractor General Dynamics AIS, specializing in cybersecurity. He then worked 4 years building Ernst & Young’s Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) offering, acting as CTO, and responsible for providing security services to 500,000 endpoints. He holds a master’s degree in Systems Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Network Engineering from Regis University.

Dr. Vijay Medithi, Senior Vice President of Disease Surveillance
Dr. Vijay Medithi leads Myriddian’s disease surveillance initiatives, bringing deep domain expertise in epidemiology and public health. Vijay diligently oversees Myriddian programs and products that leverage advanced analytics and AI to modernize population health monitoring objectives and disease surveillance practices. empowers critical public health decisions and maximizes patient health outcomes.
Kevin Lawhorn, Senior Vice President of Growth

Kevin Lawhorn is the Senior Vice President of Growth at Myriddian, where he drives enterprise strategy, business development, capture, and market expansion across commercial and public sector domains. With over 15 years of experience leading transformational initiatives at the intersection of health IT, data strategy, and public policy, Kevin is recognized for delivering measurable outcomes in complex, highly regulated environments.

A mission-driven leader, Kevin served as Vice Chair of the Idaho Health Data Exchange, where he has played a critical role in strengthening health information infrastructure, advancing data transparency, and reporting FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse). 

His experience launching and scaling tech-driven ventures bolsters the innovation mindset at Myriddian—where he champions culture, accountability, and creativity as core levers of sustainable growth.
